 Enrollment
- A non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. The fee is $25 per student or $45 per family.
- How do I enroll? Come into our studio and fill out a registration form. Or, print off the registration form online and bring into our studio or mail it to us.
- Classes for the 2011-2012 dance season begin Monday, August 29.
Cancellation Policy
- There is a 30 day cancellation policy. Heart N Soul Dance must receive a cancellation notice in writing (letter or e-mail) stating the dancers name and classes the dancer chooses to drop. 30 days from the day that the letter is received the dancer will officially be removed from the HNS system. All fees accrued within those 30 days must be paid.
Tuition
- Tuition is due the first day of each month. There is a late fee of $10 applied after the 15th of each month.
- Tuition is non-refundable.
- Our tuition is the same each month whether it’s a long (5 week) or short (3week) month.
HNS Payment Options
- Option 1- Pay Monthly Tuition with the Automatic Payment Plan
- Tuition will be automatically debited or charged from your choice of checking account or debit or credit card on the first day of each month from September through May. This is the only method of paying monthly. HNS accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. You may also use your checking account with a voided check.
- Option 2- Pay Tuition in full for the year.
- Only 1 payment. Select this method and take a 7% discount off all 9 months. The more you dance the more you save!
Fees
- Costume Fee. A $35 costume deposit is due the first of November for all those participating in the recital. The balance is due the first week of February. We will need to know the first of January if your child will NOT be in the recital.
- Recital Fee. A $30 recital fee or $55 per family will be due the end of April. Our recital usually falls on the first Wednesday in June. Your recital fee comes with 5 tickets per student or 10 per family. Also, a DVD of the recital (one per family)!
Studio Etiquette
- No GUM allowed.
- No small children may be left unattended in the lobby. They must be seated with a parent.
- Water bottles are welcome – no sport drinks or pop.
- Please remember to use the restroom before class.
- Classes are rarely cancelled due to bad weather. Check our website or call the studio after 4:00pm and any cancellations will be announced.
- PROPER DANCE ATTIRE is required for all students.
- Ballet classes must wear a solid leotard with pink tights and their hair must be pulled back.
- Twinkle Toes and Heartbursts/Heartbeats may wear leotards and tights, dance shorts and tops. Pink Ballet shoes
- Jazz 1- 3 classes may wear dance pants, shorts and tops. No sweat pants and loose clothes. Tan jazz gore boots.
